Brass Eye Bolts are a special type of fastener which features a forged circular shaped head and a threaded nut. In a standard Unit, the shank (non-threaded portion) is centered below the mid-point of the circle. However, there are other specialty eye bolts where the shank is off to one side of the circle. Brass Eye Bolts are typically used to secure wires, strings, chains, cables and other similar materials. Eye bolts can either be forged or welded. Brass Eye Bolts are available in different types of coating and plating.
