A wide range of Brass Molding threaded inserts featuring patented designs for molded-in use. Close tolerance of minor thread diameter and careful burnishing of inner thread crests assure snug fit on pins. Extremely flat ends on inserts (with no burrs, ridges or other defects) mean no leakage of material on the face of the mold. Available in Brass, Aluminum and Stainless Steel.

Features of Brass Molding Inserts
  • Three bands of opposing herring-bone knurl provide maximum resistance to torque and pull out.
  • Blind ended to prevent plastic entering the internal thread.
  • Deep Groove for maximum Pull out resistance.
  • Inner Diameter after threads with very close tolerance to prevent unnecessary flush to enter into the brass inserts.
