Brass Neutral Links manufacture Colour Coated Lugs from electrolyte copper tube for use in heavy duty application. Color Coated Lugs are annealed to guarantee optimum ductility which is absolute necessity for connectors which have to withstand the severe deformation arising when compressed and any bending of the palm during installation. The annealing process plays a vital role in avoiding cracking or breaks between the barrel and palm.

Features for Colour Coated Lugs
  • Cable Lugs are Electrolytically tin plated to avoid oxidization.
  • The long Barrel provides better mechanical pull-out strength.
  • Prevent oxidation and corrosion.

  • The dimensions of the tube are designed to obtain the most efficient electrical conductivity and mechanical strength to resist vibration and pull out.
  • The barrel length has been designed to allow easy and accurate positioning of the dies during the crimping operation.
  • Nylon Sleeves provide dielectric strength and insulating properties while keeping color-coded barrel visible.
  • Pre-Positioned on lug, sleeves enable lugs to be crimped on top of insulation while ensuring that none of cable is left exposed once crimped.
