Features of Sealed Palm Cable Lugs |
- Copper Cable Lugs Sealed Palm are solder sealed to stop the ingress of water.
- The extra-long barrel allows more crimps than usual, in high stress areas, such as high voltage terminations, drop out fuses, etc.
- The extra-long barrel also allows more length for heat shrink sealing, to ensure a totally air tight seal.
- Avoid oxidisation and achieve maximum corrosion protection.
- Copper Cable Lugs are fully annealed to guarantee optimum ductility.
|
Application of Sealed Palm Cable Lugs |
- Used for termination of copper conductors to equipment & switch gear panels.
- For crimping with standard hexagon dies (Also used for standard range of copper lugs).
- Designed for outdoor terminations.
- Used when a perfect connection is required at the end of the cable.
- Designed to accommodate two bolt mounting for secure termination.
